摘要
目的:建立鸦胆子油乳注射液甘油三油酸酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法测定鸦胆子油乳注射液中甘油三油酸酯的含量。色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以二氯甲烷-乙腈(33:67)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1);蒸发光散射检测器检测,漂移管温度85%,以氮气为载气,流速3.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:甘油三油酸酯在0.493 0～14.79μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均加样回收率100.7%,RSD为1.91%(n=6)。结论:该法专属性强,重复性良好,可用于鸦胆子油乳注射液中甘油三油酸酯的含量测定。
Objective：To establish a method to determine the content of glycerol trioleate in Brucea jananica oil injections.Method： Glycerol trioleatein in Brucea jananica oil injections was determined by HPLC-ELSD.The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C_（18） column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was composed of dichloromethane-acetonitrile（33：67）,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min（-1）.An evaporated light scattering detector was adopted.The drift tube temperature was 851,the carrier gas was nitrogen, and the gas flow rate was 3.0 ml·min（-1）.Result：The standard curve of glycerol trioleate was linear over the range of 0.493 0- 14.79 ag（r = 0.999 7）,the average recovery and RSD was 100.7%and 1.91%（n = 6）,respectively.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate,and can be applied to determine the content of glycerol trioleate in Brucea jananica oil injections.
