叙述客车制造发展过程及报废的历史与现状,根据现有客车结构组成的变化和报废条件执行中存在的问题,通过大量统计数据,探讨客车报废条件的合理性,指出车辆报废应与客车寿命周期成本一起统筹考虑,使客车经济寿命与设计寿命相吻合。

The author reviews the history and eurrent situation of passenger car manufacturing and scrapping. According to the changes of structure and components of passenger car, considering the problems in the implementation of conditions on passenger car serapping, and on the basis of lots of data, the author discusses the rationality of eonditions of passenger car scrapping, points out that the scrapping of passenger car should be decided jointly with the life cycle cost of passenger car, in order to coordinate the economic life and design life, of passenger ear.
