摘要
对用于生产矿渣水泥的矿渣进行粉磨,以丙三醇、三乙醇胺、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸、木质素磺酸钠为助磨剂,系统地研究了在不同粉磨时间段各助磨剂对矿渣颗粒比表面积、45μm和80μm筛余、所配制水泥3 d和7 d强度及粒度分布的影响,找出了对矿渣助磨效果良好的助磨剂。试验结果表明,丙三醇对矿渣粗颗粒的助磨效果较好,提高了所配制水泥的早期强度;硬脂酸对矿渣细颗粒的助磨效果较好,主要表现在降低45μm和80μm筛余量以及改善颗粒级配方面。
In the paper, the slag used for slag cement production is grinded and glycerol, triethanolamine, sodium stearate, stearic acid and sodium lignosulphonate are used as grind aid, then effect of different grind aids at different grinding stages on slag particle specific surface area,45 μm and 80 μm screen residue, compound cement 3 d and 7 d strength and particle size distribution to find out the best grind aid with good grinding effect. The study result shows that glycerol has good grinding effect on coarse -particle of slag and improves the early strength of compound cement;sodium stearate has good grinding effect on fine particle of slag, mainly decreasing 45 μm and 80 μm screen residue quantity and better fine particle grading
