论张承志宗教题材小说中的人道精神

当代文学中的宗教因素多为佛教、基督教等,伊斯兰教仅有零星的涉及,整体的描写或反映几乎是没有的,也即当代文学中伊斯兰教因素基本上是个空白。自新时期文学以来,是张承志首次有意识地将伊斯兰教引入当代文学中,这是他的贡献,很多研究者已经注意到了这一点。但是,张承志宗教题材的小说作品,目的并不完全在于描写宗教本身,包括宗教的神秘体验及境界,而是通过宗教来写处于底层的民众苦难史,描写民众为信仰和尊严而不惜牺牲的精神,这是一种在他看来属于真正维护心灵的人道精神。

This is to him some humanitarian spirit that can truly sustain a person＇s soul.
