摘要
PEOl13-（hb-PG）ls-g-PCL22 （Mn = 8500） and PEO113- （hb-PG）Is-g-PCL5o （Mn=ll700） were kindly donated by Zhenlin Zhong in the College of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences, Wuhan University. Fluorescent probes including rhodamine-phalloidin （RP） and Hoechst 33258 were the products of Molecular Probes Inc. （Eugene, OR, USA）. Coumarin-6 （C6）, and inhibitors such as methyl-13- cyclodextrin （MI3CD）, filipin and phenylarsine oxide （PAO） were all purchased from Sigma-Aldrich （St. Louis, MO, USA）. Dulbecco＇s modified Eagle＇s medium （DMEM）, penicillin-streptomycin and fetal bovine serum （FBS） were from GIBCO, Invitrogen Corp. （Carlsbad, CA, USA）. Transwells （12 wells, pore diameter of 3 gm, polycarbonate） were supplied by Coming Costar （Cambridge, MA）. All other reagents were of analytical grade and came from commercial sources.
