摘要
韩国基础教育改革中的"平准化教育"与"英才教育"之争,其实质是全民教育、公平教育和个性化教育、特色教育之间的对垒。韩国在基础教育改革中所解决的问题,也是我国基础教育领域目前面临的热点与难点问题,因而,韩国基础教育改革,对我国当前在基础教育领域解决公平与质量的问题有着极大的启示意义。
The essence of the confrontation between "level education" and "elite education" carried out in the reformation of Korean basic education is the counterwork among universal education, fair education, personalized education and characteristic education. The problems they want to solve are also the ones Chinese people are eager to solve. Therefore, the experience they get is the helpful for Chinese people to solve the problems about fairness and quality in the present basic education.
