摘要
目的优化野菊花配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法对影响水提的主要因素(提取时间、提取次数、加水倍量)进行优化,HPLC法测定蒙花苷含量,建立影响因素与蒙花苷含量之间的函数关系,得出最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加水14倍,煎煮3次,每次56 min。结论 Box-Behnken试验设计用于野菊花提取工艺的优选是可行的,HPLC法易于操作,重复性好。
Objective to optimize extraction process of wild chrysanthemum granules. Methods based on the single factor experiment, used Box - Behnken response surface method to optimize the main factors influencing the water extraction (extraction time, extraction times, water volume), used HPLC method to determine the content of buddleoside, and established the function relationship between the effect factors and the content of buddleoside, to get the best extraction technology. Results the optimum extraction process is that 14 times water, decocting 3 times, each time 56min. Conclusion Box - Behnken experiment designed to optimize the extraction process of the wild chrysanthemum is feasible, the HPLC method is easy to operate, and it has good repeatability.
