临床护理路径对青光眼患者健康行为及术后并发症的影响

The effects of clinical nursing pathway on healthy behavior and postoperative com-plications in patients with glaucoma

目的探讨临床护理路径在青光眼患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法将80例青光眼患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径，比较两组患者的健康知识掌握情况、遵医行为、住院时间、住院费用和并发症。结果观察组的青光眼疾病知识、自我保健知识得分及遵医行为显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组的住院时间、住院费用及并发症均显著少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论临床护理路径能够规范患者的健康行为，减少并发症，缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path in peri operation period of patients with glauco-ma. Methods A total of 80 cases of glaucoma patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway. Health knowledge, behavior of medical compliance, hospitalization time, hospitalization costs and complications were compared between two groups. Results Glaucoma disease knowledge, self - care knowledge score and compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Hospitalization time, hospitalization costs and complications in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Clinical nursing path is conducive to standardize patients＇health behavior, reduce complications, shorten hospi-talization time.
