曲美他嗪和美托洛尔联合治疗在舒张性心力衰竭中的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with metoprolo on diastolic heart failure

目的探讨曲美他嗪和美托洛尔联合治疗在舒张性心力衰竭中的临床效果。方法选择我院200例舒张性心力衰竭患者,上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予抗心衰常规治疗,同时给予美托洛尔,观察组同时给予美托洛尔和曲美他嗪。观察两组治疗前和治疗后左室舒张功能改变情况。结果观察组治疗后IVRT、E、A、E/A分别与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论曲美他嗪和美托洛尔联合治疗能够改善舒张性心力衰竭患者左室舒张功能,临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with metoprolo on diastolic heart failure. Methods 200 cases with diastolic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into ob servation group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment of heart failure, carvedilol was given to the control group, trimetazidine combined with metoprolo was used to the observation group. Changes of left ventricular diastolic function was observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results IVRT, E, A, E/A in observation group after treatment compared with those in control group after treatment respectively, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with metoprolo can improve the diastolic heart failure in patients with left ventricular diastohc function, there is a significant clinical effect.
