冷凝集素对血型鉴定和交叉配血的干扰及处理方法

目的通过研究进而分析出高效价冷凝集素对血型鉴定和交叉配血试验的影响。方法将红细胞或二巯基乙醇(2-me)放入37℃～45℃的生理盐水反复洗涤,达到对红细胞的处理目的 ,在进行正反定型及交叉配血前需对此前的红细胞与血清做吸收放散处理。结果处理以后的标本正反定型及交叉配血未出现异常反应。结论含高效价冷凝集素标本经过不同方法的检验处理后再进行正方定型结果未出现异常反应;经过输血后,不良反应情况也未在交叉配血的患者上出现。
