摘要
目的分析基层医院纯音听阈测定结果错误的特点及原因。方法对基层医院转诊的患者进行纯音听阈测定、耳科检查及声导抗测试,对基层医院纯音听阈测定的误诊进行分析。结果 124例患者(145耳)中有18耳纯音听阈测定结果错误,其中传导性聋准确率较低,错误掩蔽(包括掩蔽不足和未掩蔽)比有效掩蔽的准确率低。结论基层医院纯音听阈测定存在一定的误诊,需要加强检测人员对于掩蔽的培训。
Objective To analyse the accuracy of pure tone audiometry in primary hospital. Methods Review the pure tone audiometry of the patients from primary hospital, retested pure tone audiometry, otology examination and tympanometry. Results 18 ears had wrong pure tone audiometry tests, conductive deafness had lower accuracy, inappropriate masking had lower accuracy. Conclusion There was an error of the pure tone audiometry in primary hospital, testing personnel needs training of masking.
