摘要 目的探讨CyclinD1、Cdk4在子宫内膜癌中的表达与意义。方法应用免疫组织化学,检测20例正常子宫内膜及20例不典型增生子宫内膜和40例子宫内膜癌中的CyclinD1与Cdk4蛋白的表达情况。结果 CyclinD1与Cdk4的阳性表达在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌中依次增加,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与子宫内膜癌的分化程度,Dukes分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 CyclinD1与Cdk4蛋白的过度表达可能在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移中起重要作用,对判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度具有一定的临床意义,还可能作为一种有价值的肿瘤标志物。 Objective To study the expression of CyclinDland Cdk 4 proteins in endometrial carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expression of CyclinD1 and Cdk 4 proteins were tested by S-P immuno- histochemistry on tissues of normal endometrium (20 cases), atypical endometrial hyperplasia (20 cases) and endometrial carcinoma (40 cases). Results The positive expression of CyclinD1 and Cdk 4 in normal cndome- trial atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer in turn increase. A statistically significant differ- ence between groups (P 〈 0. 05 ) , And the differentiation of endometrial carcinoma, Dukes staging and lymph node metastasis were positively related ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion CyclinD1, Cdk 4 and excessive protein expression may be in endometrial cancer occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis plays an important role, the judgment of the endometrial carcinoma malignant degree has a certain clinical significance, but also may be as a valuable tumor markers.
