脑室-腹腔分流术后颅内感染的处理分析

目的脑室-腹腔分流术引流管梗阻的处理分析。方法回顾分析本院50例脑室-腹腔分流术后颅内感染患者对其进行诊疗分析。结果 45例完全治愈,5例患者因病情严重患者家属放弃治疗,治愈率为90%。结论早期诊断去除病因合理应用抗菌素是治疗脑室-腹腔分流术后颅内感染的基本原则严格的无菌外科操作是预防分流术后颅内感染的根本。
