摘要
采用冷冻干燥法可以制得下表面为致密结构 ,上表面为孔隙率较小的多孔结构 ,而内部是孔隙率较大的多孔结构的丝素膜。丝素溶液浓度越大、冷冻温度越低 ,则经真空干燥后所制得的多孔丝素膜的横截面的孔径和孔隙率越小 ,孔密度越大。
A porous silk fibroin membrane could be prepared through freeze-drying process, with dense top surface,porous bottom surface in low porosity and porous inner portion in high porosity. The larger is the concentration ofsilk fibroin solution,and the lower is the freezing temperature,the smaller are the pore size and the porosity of thecross section or porous silk fibroin membrane prepared by vacuum drying,and the larger is the pore density.
