摘要
基于抗坏血酸对超声去离子水氧化鲁米诺的化学发光体系有明显的增强作用,结合流动注射建立检测抗坏血酸的新方法,通过对各种实验参数的考察,确定检测抗坏血酸的最佳条件。结果表明,抗坏血酸浓度在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内与化学发光强度呈线性关系,方法检出限(3ó)为1.5×10-8mol/L,相对标准偏差为1.3%。
Based on the enhanced effect of ascorbic acid on luminol and I-hO treatment by ultrasound chemiluminescence system, the signal intensity increased proportionally with the analyte concentration. Therefore, the flow injection chemiluminescence method for ascorbic acid was established. A series of experiment parameters were optimized and the optimal conditions for determination were chosen. The results show that the concentration of ascorbic acid is within the range of 1.0×10^-7 - 1.0×10^-5 molL and linearly dependent on the intensity of chemilumineseenee. The detection limit (36) is 1.5×10^-4mol/L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.3% for 10 consecutive measurements.
