Green Supplier Selection Model Based on Carbon Efficient Conception

摘要 依据低碳理念提出一种综合的方法来选择绿色供应商,将强调碳排放评价指标放入模型中,以成本、质量、交货和产品的温室效应为目标,产品的需求量、供应商的供应能力以及采购时产品的碳排放限额等作为约束,考虑到采购时信息的不确定性和模糊性,建立了多产品模糊多目标整数规划模型。同时考虑到实际采购环境中,各目标和约束的重要性程度不同,赋予适当的权重对模型进行求解。最后结合实例验证了模型的可行性和有效性。 According to the conception of low-carbon, an integrated approach for selecting the green supplier is presented, addressing the issue of carbon emission and adding it to the model as a objective. Four objectives are minimization of costs, quality rejection percentage, late delivery percentage, green house gas emission respectively and the product demand, supplier capacity and carbon emission cap are the constraints. Considering the vagueness and imprecision of the goals and constraints in practice, a fuzzy multi-objective integer model is developed to handle this problem. Simultaneously, weights of the factors are introduced to the model and then solve this model. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
