摘要
[目的]探讨高效色谱分离技术制取柠檬酸的条件。[方法]对原料采取离交与脱色组合预处理措施,探讨最佳工艺。[结果]结果表明,控制进料液透光率≥80%、铁离子≤1.0mg/L、吸附流速为3~4m/h、回填流速2~3m/h、洗脱流速4~5m/h、再生流速4~5m/h是最佳处理方法。[结论]研究结果为高效色谱分离技术制取柠檬酸提供了理论技术参考。
[Objective] The aim was to explore the application conditions of ef- ficient chromatographic separation tech- nology in citric acid preparation. [Method] The best measures were stud- ied by taking the pretreatment measures of the cross and decolorizing combinated on raw materials. [Result] The results showed that the measures which control feed liquid transmittance I〉 80%, iron ion ~〈 1.0 mg/L, adsorption flow rate of 3-4 m/h, backfill flow rate of 2-3 m/h, elution rate of 4-5 m/h and regeneration flow rate of 4-5 m/h were the best choice. [Conclusion] The results provided theo- retical basis for efficient chromatograph- ic separation technology in citric acid preparation.
