妊娠期高血压疾病的产科治疗效果观察

Observation of obstetric therapeutic effect for hypertensive disorders in pregnancy

目的探究妊娠期高血压疾病的产科治疗效果观察。方法回顾性分析2010年5月～2012年5月本院收治的40例妊娠期高血压疾病患者产科治疗的临床资料。结果本组研究中行剖宫产为75.00%,明显高于阴道分娩的25.00%;重度子痫前期伴有低体重儿的窒息率和死亡率,均明显高于轻中度子痫前期且新生儿体重正常,P均<0.05。无孕产妇死亡病例,有15例(占37.5%)发生并发症。所有患者产后7d～1个月内临床症状均消失。结论常规基础治疗妊娠高血压疾病后,可根据患者临床情况,适时给予终止妊娠治疗,有利于降低母胎围生期死亡率,改善母婴预后质量,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To observe and investigate the obstetric therapeutic effect for hypertensive disorders in preg- nancy. Methods The clinical data of obstetric treatment of 40 patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy treat- ed in our hospital form May 2010 to May 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In this study, the cesarean sec- tion rate was 75.00%, Which was significantly higher than the 25.00% of vaginal delivery, and the choking and mortal- ity rates of the neonates with severe preeclampsia associated with low birth weight were both significantly higher than those of the neonates with mild and moderate preeclampsia associated with normal birth weight （P 〈 0.05 for all）. No maternal death and 15 cases （37.5%） of complications were observed. All the clinical symptoms disappeared within 7 days to 1 month after the childbirth. Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, timely termination of pregnancy should be given according to the clinical situation, which is conducive to reducing the maternal-fetal perinatal mortality and improving the quality of maternal and child prognosis, thereby wor- thy of clinical application and promotion.
