中西药结合治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the combination of chinese traditional and western medicine in treatment for type 2 diabetes and hypertension

目的探讨中西药结合治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果。方法将98例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分为两组,对照组49例给予常规治疗并加用口服卡托普利25～50mg,3次/d,二甲双胍0.75～1.50g/d;观察组49例则在对照组基础上采用中医辨证分型治疗,并比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为97.96%,对照组为81.63%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的血糖和血脂四项比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者的血压和心率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药结合治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压能有效降低血压与血糖水平,依从性好,安全可靠,副作用少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the combination of chinese traditional and western medicine in treatment for type 2 diabetes and hypertension. Methods Ninety-eight cases of type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, 49 patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy plus oral captopril with 25-50 mg, 3 times for every day, metformin 0.75-1.50 g for every day. 49 cases in observation group were treated by the TCM syndrome types on the basis of control group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.96%, the control group was 81.63%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）; after the treatment, the differences of the blood glucose and lipids four between the two groups were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）, the differences of the the patient＇s blood pressure and heart rate in the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine in treatment of type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure can effectively lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels, with better compliance, safe and reliable, and few side effects, is worthy of clinical application.
