中西医结合治疗脾胃湿热型幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠球部溃疡的临床观察

The clinical observation of integrative medicine in treatment of spleen and stomach damp and hot type helicobacter pylori associated duodenal ulcer

目的观察中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性十二指肠球部溃疡(DU)的临床疗效。方法将本院2010年10月～2012年10月收治的幽门螺杆菌相关性DU患者74例随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组单纯采用西药治疗,观察组采取中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组(83.78%)(P<0.05);观察组患者溃疡愈合率和Hp清除率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性十二肠球部溃疡疗效显著,可明显提高患者溃疡愈合率及HP清除率,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in treatment of helicobacter pylori related duodenal ulcer （DU）. Methods Seventy-four cases of helicobacter pylori associated duodenal ulcer patients who were admitted in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group were simply used western medicine treatment, the observation group was given the integrative medicine therapy, the clinical outcomes between the two groups was compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%, it was significantly higher than that of control group （83.78%）（P 〈 0.05）; the ul- cer healing rate and Hp clearance rate of observation group patients were significantly higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in treatment of spleen and stomach damp and hot type helicobaeter pylori associated duodenal ulcer is significant, it can significantly improve the ulcer healing rate of patients and HP clearance rate, worthy of promotion and application.
