外侧解剖钢板治疗成年后肘内翻畸形

Outside anatomical plate in the treatment of adult cubitus varus deformity

目的探讨肱骨髁上截骨外侧解剖钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折迟发性肘内翻畸形的临床效果。方法对37例肱骨髁上骨折肘内翻畸形成年后的患者采用髁上截骨外侧解剖钢板内固定治疗的临床资料进行分析。结果按苏尚庆分类法疗效标准:本组优32例,良5例。骨折临床愈合时间为12～18周,平均14周。结论外侧解剖钢板治疗肱骨髁上骨折迟发性肘内翻畸形具有内固定坚固,外侧解剖钢板的弧形与肱骨下段解剖相近,钢板的弧形与肱骨远端相贴,骨折固定良好,有利于肘关节的早期功能锻炼,肘关节功能恢复好等优点,可行推广。

Objective To access the curative effect of the osteotomy on the supracondylar part of humerus and the Lateral anatomical plate with the supracondylar fracture of humerus （SFH） used forlateral cubitus varus. Methods The clinical data of 37 adult with the lateral cubitus varus and the Supracondylar fracture of the humerus （SFH） were got, the effects of this operation was observed and investigated. Results According to the standard of clinical effect of Su- Shangqing classification, 32 cases were excellent, good in 5 cases. The period of the clinical union of bone was be- tween 12 to 18 weeks after operation （average was 14 weeks）. Conclusion Outside anatomical plate in the treatment of adult cubitus varus deformity has many advantages, such as, internal fixation sturdy, the outside the curved anatomical plate with humerus under paragraph similar anatomical, the steel curved distal humerus paste, good fracture fixation, conducive to the elbow early exercise, elbow functional recovery, and so on. Therefore, it has a great clinical value.
