摘要
基于中国2001—2009年各省市区的面板数据,运用随机前沿分析方法实证研究了人力资本、R&D投资对技术效率的影响。研究结果表明:人力资本对技术效率有显著促进作用,人力资本也显著提高了外商直接投资、对外贸易对技术效率的促进作用,但没有显著提高国外技术引进对技术效率的促进作用;R&D投资对技术效率的提高并没有起到显著的促进作用,R&D投资也没有显著提高外商直接投资、对外贸易和国外技术引进对技术效率的促进作用。
This paper investigates the mechanism of impacts of human capital on economic growth in China on the basis of the province- level panel data from 2002 to 2009 on Stochastic Frontier Model. We found that human capital could promote technology efficiency di- rectly. It also promoted technodogy by foreign investment and foreign trade, but not by toreign techndogy import. We also found that R＆D investment did not work well on technology efficiency, neither promoted it through foreign investment, foreign trade or foreign technology import.
