摘要
目的:探讨蛋白激酶受体-2对急性心肌梗死大鼠细胞间粘附分子、单核细胞趋化蛋白表达的影响。方法:制造急性心肌梗死大鼠模型,分为PAR-2激动组及对照组,使用western blotting法测量并对比两组大鼠心肌组织内ICAM-1及MCP-1的表达情况。结果:PAR-2激动组大鼠心肌组织中ICAM-1和MCP-1的相对表达量要低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:PAR-2激动组能够显著减少心肌组织内ICAM-1及MCP-1的表达量,可以进一步研究其作为心肌梗死治疗靶点的可能性。
Objective: To investigate effect of PAR-2 on the expression of ICAM-1 and MCP-1 in the acute myocardial infarction rat. Methods: Acute myocardial infarction model rats were established and divided into the PAR-2 excited group and the control group. The expressions ICAM-1 and MCP-1 in myo- cardial tissue were measured using western blotting . Results: ICAM-1 and MCP-1 expression levels of PAR-2 excited group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: PAR-2 can significantly reduce the expression levels of ICAM-1 and MCP-1, and it can be a therapeutic target of myocardial infarction.
