肾病综合征血液及尿微量蛋白相关性的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨分析血、尿胱抑素C、血尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿微量白蛋白水平与肾病综合征的相关性。方法:选取本院诊治的56例肾病综合征患者为观察组,并以同一时期进行体检的56名健康人为对照组,将两组血、尿胱抑素C、血尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿微量白蛋白浓度与阳性率进行检测与比较,同时将观察组中不同分期者的上述指标浓度与阳性率进行比较,并将上述指标与肾病综合征的相关性进行分析。结果:观察组的血、尿胱抑素C、血尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿微量白蛋白浓度与阳性率均高于对照组,且观察组中尿毒症期患者高于其他分期患者,上述指标均与肾病综合征有明显的相关性,,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血、尿胱抑素C、血尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿微量白蛋白水平与肾病综合征有明显相关性,可作为诊断及监测肾病综合征的重要指标。 Objective. To study and analyze the relationship between serum, urinary cystatin C, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, microatbuminuria and nephrotic syndrome. Methods: A total of 56 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted from July 2010 to December 2012 were selected as observation group, 56 healthy persons with health examination at the same period were selected as the control group. Concentration and positive rate of serum and urinary cystatin C, blood urea nitrogen, serum ereatinine,mi- croalbuminuria of two groups were detected and compared,and those items of observation group at differ- ent stage were compared too,then the relationship between those items and nephrotie syndrome were ana- lyzed. Results. The concentration and positive rate of serum and urinary cystatin C,blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine,microalbuminuria of observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group, and those items concentration and positive rate of observation group at uremia stage were all signifi- cantly higher than those at other stages,those items had significant correlation with nephrotic syndrome, (all P〈0.05). Oonclusions: The correlation of serum and urinary cystatin C,blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, mieroalbuminuria and nephrotie syndrome is significant, and it is an important indicator for di- agnosing and monitoring nephrotic syndrome.
