药物流产患者血清中TNF-α和VEGF的表达研究

Expression of serum TNF-α and VEGF in patients with medical abortion

目的:研究血清中TNF-α和VEGF在药物流产过程中的表达变化。方法:82例药物流产患者分别在药物流产前、孕囊排除时和药物流产后第14d采集静脉血,比较血清中TNF-α和VEGF的表达水平。结果:孕囊排除时的TNF-α高于药物流产前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与药流后14d异常出血组TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但明显高于正常组(P<0.05);孕囊排除时的VEGF与药物流产前和药流后14d异常子宫出血组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:高水平的TNF-α在药物流产过程中具有重要作用,异常的VEGF可能与药流后异常子宫出血有关。

EABSTRACT] Objective. To investigate the changes of serum levels of TNF-α and VEGF levels during medical abortion. Methods： Serum was acquired from 82 patients with medical abortion before drug treat- ment, right after embryonic sac discharged and the 14th day after drug treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α and VEGF were compared. Results. The serum TNF-α levels right after embryonic sac discharged were much higher than those before drug treatment （P〈0.05）, had no significant difference from those in the group of abnormal bleeding after medical abortion （P〈0.05）, but were much higher than those in normal group after medical abortion （P〈0.05）. The serum VEGF levels right after embryonic sac dis- charged had no significant difference from those before drug treatment and in the group of abnormal bleed- ing after medical abortion （P〈0.05）, were much higher than those in normal group after medical abortion （P〈0.05）. Oonclusiosn： High levels of TNF-α plays an important role in medical abortion, abnormal VEGF levels may be related with abnormal bleeding.
