Reflection on How to Promote Real Estate Investment in the Rural Areas of China

目前很多地方政府已经提出了房地产下乡这一概念,为拓展小城镇的发展空间、促进城乡就业,改善群众居住条件、完善基础设施和社会服务设施,需要通过政府与开发商的合作,最终达到一举多得、多方共赢的效果。

Nowadays,many local governments have proposed the concept of developing real estate in the rural areas.This article suggests that through the cooperation of the government and real estate developers,it is possible to expand development space for both small cities and towns,promote the employment for both urban and rural residents,and then ultimately serve multiple purposes and create a winwin situation by improving the living conditions of the masses and perfecting infrastructure and social service facilities.
