摘要
业务发展速度慢、方法单一、服务水平低、信息管理落后是目前全过程造价管理业务发展的现状。人才缺乏、能力缺陷、信誉度不高、制度不健全、认知度不高、市场发育不完善等多方面的因素制约了业务的快速、健康发展。分析和探讨这些因素,找出应对的对策,对实现业务的可持续发展能起到积极的促进作用。
The status quo of whole process cost control is that business development is slow,the method is single,level of services is low,and information management is poor.Many factors constrain the rapid and healthy development,such as lack of talents,low capacity,low credibility,imperfect system,low awareness,imperfect market development.The paper tries to analyze and discuss the factors and find out the corresponding measures,promoting the sustainable development of business.
