Thinking about Promoting Lean Production for Agricultural Machinery Enterprises

改革开放以来,我国企业获得了飞速发展。但是在发展时间以及企业生产经营方式上仍然落后于一些西方发达国家。精益生产方式可以不断适应市场的买方需求、不断适应用户的多样化需求中形成的,并在市场竞争中显示出强大的优势。本文分析了农业机械企业生产的现状,并对其精益生产进行了分析和探讨。

Since reform and opening up,enterprises in China has developed rapidly.However,they still lags behind some developed countries in the west in development time and the production and operation of enterprises.Lean production can continue to adapt to the buyer demand and users＇ diverse need,and shows strong advantages in market competition.This paper analyzes the current situation of production of agricultural machinery,and makes an analysis and discussion on its lean production.
