摘要
实践教学作为高校教育教改的重要方向,不少专业都已建立了成熟的实践教学体系。物业管理作为新兴专业,是一个实践性很强的服务型、应用型、操作型专业,培养具备良好的职业道德和服务意识、极强的解决问题和处理突发事件等实操能力的高素质毕业生是本专业顺应物业管理人才市场需求和发展的关键,这些能力和素质的习得必须通过完善的实践性教学体系来完成。本文就多年来的对物业管理实践教学不断尝试和调整,构建了"市场导向—工学结合"的实践教学体系,供同行们批评讨论。
Practice teaching is the important direction of educational reform of colleges and universities,and many majors have established a mature practice teaching system.Property management,as an emerging profession,is a service,application,operation type of major with strong practicalness,and its key to meet the property management talent market demand and development is cultivating high quality graduates with good professional ethics,service sense,and the strong ability to solve problem and deal with emergencies and so on.The acquisition of the abilities and quality must be done through the perfect practical teaching system.This paper made years of trial and adjustment in property management in teaching practice,built the "market orientation-work-integrated learning" practical teaching system,to talk and criticism with colleagues.
