Investigation on Policy of the Free and Directional Medical Students

目的:调查免费定向医学生对相关政策的了解程度,分析存在的问题,为更好地开展其培养工作提出合理建议。方法:对620名学生进行问卷调查。结果:大部分同学对政策的内容是较为了解,对相关规定比较认同,近九成的同学表示出了对未来就业前景的担忧。结论:各方面要共同努力为基层培养和留住更多、更优秀的全科医生。

Objective：To investigate understanding on the policy of the Free and Directional Medical Students,analyze the existing problems,and provide some reasonable suggestions on their education.Method：620 free and directional Medical Students were investigated by questionnaires.Results：Most of the students have a good understanding on the policy and recognize the relevant provisions,nearly 90 percents of the students concern about the outlook for future employment.Conclusion：We must make joint efforts to culture and retain more excellent general practitioner.
