摘要
目的:探讨老年人群代谢综合征(MS)与尿酸的相关性。方法:选取本院老年人群健康体检病例573例。计算体质指数(BMI),测量血压,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和尿酸,分析老年人群代谢危险因素和尿酸的相关性。结果:MS组与非MS组相比,MS组BMI、SBP、DBP、FBG、TG、TC、LDL-C和尿酸偏高(t=14.014、9.766、9.111、7.214、2.305、2.541、2.765、3.489,均P<0.05),HDL-C偏低(t=-3.125,P<0.01)。随着MS组份个数的增加,尿酸水平增加。BMI与年龄、收缩压和舒张压呈正相关,Logistic回归分析显示,BMI是尿酸的独立危险因素(OR=4.508,P<0.01)。结论:老年人群代谢综合征与尿酸有关,肥胖是尿酸的独立危险因素,其机制有待进一步研究。
Objeetive:To discuss the relationship between metabolic syndrome(MS)and uric acid in senior patients. Methods:To selected 573 senior physical examination patients. The body mass index(BMI)and blood pressure were determined or calculated. The levels of fasting blood-glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and uric acid were measured. The correlations of uric acid with other metabolic risk factors were analyzed. Results: In comparison with without MS, the levels of BMI, systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), FI3G, TG, TC, LDL-C and uric acid were higher(t= 14. 014,9. 766,9. 111,7. 214,2. 035,2. 541,2. 765,3. 489,all P〈0. 05) ,while serum HDL-C level was lower in MS(t=-3. 125, P〈0. 01) ;uric acid increased along with MS component number. Spearman analysis showed that BMI was positively correlated with age, SBP and DBP. Logistic regression analysis shows that BMI was an independent risk of uric acid. Conclusion:The present study demonstrates a relationship between uric acid and metabolic syndrome in senior patients. The obesity was an independent risk of uric acid. Future studies are needed to explain underlying mechanisms.
