摘要
根据高校管理体制改革精神 ,扬州大学成为我国第一个合并组建的新型的综合性大学。作为二级学院的扬州大学旅游烹饪学院 ,善于抓住发展机遇 ,凭着敢为人先的办学精神 ,凭着人无我有、人有我优、人优我强的办学特色 。
According to the management system reforming spirit, Yangzhou University became the first new, amalgamated university. Tourism and Cuisine college was good at catching opportunities and took advantage of its management speciality, it has opened up a successful road in higher education of cuisine.
