碘海醇增强CT对受检者血细胞及血液流变学的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察碘海醇对比剂对行增强CT者血液细胞和流变学的影响。方法检测29例行增强CT检查患者于静脉注射碘海醇前和注射后24 h的血细胞分类、全血及血浆黏度、红细胞C3b受体花环(RBC-C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环(RBC-ICR),比较前后变化情况。结果注射碘海醇后白细胞、中性粒细胞、全血黏度低切及RBC-ICR较前升高,淋巴细胞及RBC-C3bRR较前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板、单核细胞、嗜酸细胞、全血黏度高切、血浆黏度及红细胞压积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论碘海醇对比剂可导致机体炎症细胞及血液黏度升高,红细胞免疫功能继发性低下。 Objective To observe the influence of iohexol contrast medium on blood cells and hemorheology by enhance ment CT. Methods Blood cell differential, whole blood and plasma viscosity, red cell C3b receptor rosette (RBCC3bRR) and red cell immune complex rosette (RBCICR) in 29 patients following CT examinations were detected 24 h before and after intrave nous injection of iohexol, and the results were coinpared. Results The white blood cell, neutrophilic granulocyte, blood viscosity at low shear rate and RBCICR were significantly higher after iohexol injection than before injection, while lymphocyte and RBC C3bRR were significantly lower than those before injection (P 〈0. 05) ; there were not statistically significant in red blood cell, he moglobin, platelets, mononuclear cell, oxyphil cell, blood viscosity at high shear rate and plasma viscosity and hematocrit (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Iohexol contrast medium may increase levels of inflammatory cells and blood viscosity, and secondarily de crease immune function of red blood cell.
