药物不良反应185例分析

Analysis of 185 Patients with Adverse Drug Reaction

目的分析药物不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律,以促进临床合理用药,减少ADR的发生。方法对我院2012年1—6月上报的185例ADR有效病例报告,按照患者的年龄、性别、给药途径、引起ADR的药品种类、累及的器官或系统以及临床表现等进行统计分析,以有效评价药物的安全性。结果 ADR发生的年龄分布广泛,60岁以上的老年患者占50.27%。抗菌药物引起的ADR最多,占63.78%。ADR累及的器官或系统主要为皮肤及其附件,其次为全身反应和消化系统反应。结论合理使用抗菌药物,同时加强对老年人ADR的监测工作,有利于减少不必要ADR事件的发生。

Objective To analyze characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions （ADR） in order to promote ra tional use and to reduce incidence rate of ADR. Methods Case reports of 185 patients with ADR in our hospital from January to June 2012 were statistically analyzed according to age, gender, administration route, brands of＇induced ADR drugs, organs and sys tems involved in ADR and its clinical manifestations, in order to evaluate the drug use safety. Results Age distribution of ADR was wide,especially in patients （50.27%） over 60 years old. ADR induced by antimicrobial drugs accounted for 63.78% of the to tal number. The organs and systems mostly involved in ADR were skin and its appendages, and followed by general reaction and di gestive system. Conclusion In order to reduce incidence rate of ADR,rational use of antibiotics and the monitoring of ADR in elderly patients should be enforced.
