摘要
对以糙米和面粉的混合粉为原料制作无糖糙米蛋糕的技术进行了研究 ,通过正交试验确定了无糖糙米蛋糕的制作工艺参数和配方 。
This research is on the technology of cake\|processing with cargo\|rice as its main material,confirming the technological parameters formula in manufacturing a kind of nutrient cargo\|rice cake in terms of perpendicular test. The cargo\|rice cake without sugar,will be an ideal health food for diabetic.
