小六汤包作为一种小吃 ,由于经营者重视质量管理 ,重视企业文化建设 ,从名不见经传到名声大噪 ,被人称其为“小六汤包现象” ,这一现象说明 :没有高质量的产品和服务 ,就无法满足消费者的需求 ;没有企业文化 。
Because of the manager's special attention to quality control and the construction of enterprise culture, “Xiao Liu Soup Dumpling” as a snack has been developing from unknown to well-known. Now it is called“Xiao Liu Soup Dumpling Phenomenon”,which shows that only high-quality products and services can neet the consumers'needs. Without enterprise culture, people will feel lack of a kind of spirit pursuit and social responsibility.
