头孢曲松钠预处理对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤后脑水肿的影响

摘要 目的:观察头孢曲松钠预处理对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑水肿的影响。方法:24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、NS组、预处理组,每组8只。采用线栓法制作大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型。采用MRI弥散加权成像及T2WI增强扫描检测各组大鼠相对平均扩散系数及平均信号强度。采用T2WI扫描评估各组大鼠脑缺血体积。结果:预处理组与NS组比较脑梗死体积明显缩小,相对平均扩散系数明显升高,增强扫描、T2WI扫描相对信号强度明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:头孢曲松钠预处理能在一定程度上缓解大鼠缺血再灌注后脑水肿。 Objective:To observe the influence of ceftriaxone on brain edema after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods: Twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, control group and preconditioning group (ni = 8 ). Focal cerebral ischemia was produced by introduction of an intraluminal nylon. The average signal intensity and the relative aparent diffusion coefficient were monitored with T2WI, enhanced T1WI and diffusion weighted imaging. The infarction volume was monitored with T2WI. Results : The infarction volume was decreased in preconditioning group, compared with control group, the difference was significant. Compared with control group, the relative aparent diffusion coefficient in preconditioning group was increased obviously. The relative signal intensity of the enhanced T1WI and T2WI was decreased in preconditioning group. The difference between preconditioning group and control group was significant. Conclusions: Ceftriaxone can ameliorate brain edema after cerebral ischemia- reperfnsion to some degree.
