不同剂量毛果芸香碱用于治疗前房积血对比研究

The Comparative Study of Different Doses of Pilocarpine for the Treatment in Hyphema

目的:比较不同剂量毛果芸香碱眼液用于治疗前房积血后的疗效及并发症。方法:对我院收治的Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级前房积血患者161例随机分成四组:对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。对照组仅采用常规治疗,其余三组在常规治疗基础上分别使用不同剂量毛果芸香碱眼液干预,比较治疗过程中积血吸收时间、继发性出血及高眼压发生的情况。结果:中剂量组积血吸收时间最短;高剂量组继发出血率最高;低、中剂量组和对照组比较积血吸收时间缩短,继发出血率无差异;各组间高眼压发生率无明显差异。结论:中剂量毛果芸香碱眼液治疗前房积血使积血吸收时间最短,继发出血少,是最安全的剂量,疗效最佳。毛果芸香碱在前房积血中对高眼压预防作用效果不明显。

Objective.Comparison of the efficacy and complications that different doses of pilocarpine for the treatment in anterior chamber hyphema. Methods. There were 161 patients of grade I and II anterior chamber hyphema in our hospital, which were randomly divided into control groups, low dose groups, meddle dose groups and high dose groups. The control groups had conventional treatment. The other three groups, respectively, in the conventional treatment on the basis of different doses of pilocarpine eye drops intervention, comparing the treatment process of accumulation of blood absorption time, secondary hemorrhage and elevated intraocular pressure occurs. Results. The middle dose groups had the shortest time in blood absorption; the high dose groups had high secondary bleeding rate; the blood absorption time was shorter in low,middle dose groups, bute the secondary hemorrhage rate was not difference obviously in two groups. While the high intraocular pressure had no significant difference in these groups. Conclusion： Less secondary bleeding in dose pilocarpine eye drops treatment of hyphema hemorrhage absorption shortest, safest dose efficacy. The pilocarpine front room hematocele obvious preventive effect of high intraocular pressure.
