东莞市糖尿病患者用药依从性调查分析 被引量:3

Survey of medication compliance in patients with diabetes in Dongguan city

摘要 目的:调查东莞市糖尿病患者用药依从性相关的影响因素,为提高本地区患者用药依从性提供依据。方法:通过随机抽样及现场调查,选择糖尿病患者840例进行调查问卷并进行统计学分析。结果:糖尿病患者用药依从率在不同性别、不同年龄组和不同文化程度分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在不同糖尿病病程、患者不同职业间用药依从率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者的病程及职业影响患者对糖尿病的认知,进而对用药依从性产生影响。 Objective:To investigate the related factors of diabetes medication compliance in Dongguan city and provide the basis to improve the medication compliance. Methods:Eight hundred and forty diabetic patients were investigated with questionnaire by random sampling and on-site investigation, results were analyzed statistically. Results: For 840 research objects, the differences of diabetes medication compliance rates in different sex, age and degree of education were not statistical significance(P 〉 0.05), the differences of diabetes medication compliance rates in different diabetes course of disease and occupations were statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions :The course of disease and occupations of diabetic patients have impact on their diabetes cognition, which influences medication compliance.
