摘要
以新鲜蚯蚓为材料，先采用硫酸铵沉淀出粗酶，再用ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－５０，ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素层析方法从蚯蚓粗酶中分离纯化出血纤蛋白溶酶，为开发、生产纤溶酶提供参考。
In this paper we first precipitate pretense by ammonium sulfate from fresh earthworm, and then extract- ing and purification fibrinolysin from mixture solution of pretense by using SephadexG-50 and DEAE-cellulose. The re- sult shows the technique of extracting and purification is valuable for development and producing fibrinolysin.
