摘要
根据乳链菌肽产生菌的基因分析 ,发展了一种新的筛选方法。对乳酸乳球菌 79UV-S2 2经多种诱变处理后 ,用该方法进行了筛选 ,成功地获得了一株乳链菌肽高产菌株 ,该菌株在遗传上是稳定的 ,使用M 1 7培养基发酵发酵液效价可达 1 5 2 7IU/mL。
A new screen method was developed based on the analysis of the nisin production strain’s genes. A high production mutant was obtained by the new screen method after kinds of mutation treatment on lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis 79UV S22. This high production mutant is stable and the activity of its fermented liquor can reach to 1?527?IU/mL.
