摘要
多不饱和脂肪酸 (polyunsaturatedfattyacids,PUFAs)对人体健康有重要影响 ,目前分离纯化主要来自海洋鱼油 ,但存在许多不利因素限制其生产及应用。研究表明微生物具有大规模工业化生产多不饱和脂肪酸的能力。本文综述了多不饱和脂肪酸产生菌的代谢控制育种思路。
Polyunsaturated fatty acids have important effects on human health. At present they are isolated and purified from marine fish oil,but many disadvantages remain to be solved. Research shows that microorganisms have potential power for industrial production of polyunsaturated fatty acids on a large scale. This article reviews the way of the metabolic control breeding microorganisms that can produce polyunsaturated fatty acids.
