摘要
介绍了一种大功率三相逆变器功率试验方法。在逆变器B,C相分别接2个电抗器,电抗器另一端都接回至逆变器A相,试验时设定B,C相输出电压相同,通过适当调节电抗器两端电压,即可灵活调节流过逆变器A相的输出电流及功率因数,控制逆变器的运行工况。该方法所需附加设备少,步骤简单,能够实现装置不同功率因数下额定出力测试及功率器件温升测试。试验中除装置和线路的损耗外,没有其他有功消耗,从电网取用的功率较少,对电网冲击很小。
A simplified testing method for high power inverter was introduced. Two inductances are connected to phase B and C of inverter, respectively. The other sides of the inductance are connected commonly to phase A. By adjusting the voltage dropped on the inductances appropriately, output current and power factor of inverter may be flexibly controlled. The proposed method needs little additional equipments. It is able to test operation performance, especially temperature rise of inverter under rated output power and various power factors. The only active power consumption is loss exists in circuit and transformer in the experiment, which is very limited compared with the capacity of the tested inverter. As a result, the experiment disturbs the power network very slightly.
