摘要
近年来,利用菌渣栽培不同食用菌的报道较多,而利用杏鲍菇菌渣栽培姬松茸的试验国内尚未见到详细报道。为了缓解杏鲍菇菌渣的激增,找出一条合理利用杏鲍菇废料的途径,试验利用不同的杏鲍菇菌渣含量,设置5种配方,进行堆制发酵,堆制后的培养料进行常压灭菌,栽培姬松茸,通过对发酵料的温度、菌丝生长势、染杂率、出菇周期、生物转化率、成本等研究,结果表明,在栽培姬松茸的培养料中添加15%的杏鲍菇菌渣,即降低姬松茸栽培的成本以产生经济效益,又由于姬松茸采收潮数较多,分解培养基比较彻底,废料可直接还田以产生生态效益。
In recent years, there are many reports in the cultivation of different edible fungi by using spent mushroom substrate(SMS), while there are few for the reports regarding tests of the cultivation of Agaricus blozei Muril (AbM) by SMS of Pleurotus eryngii in china. In order to alleviate sharp increase of P. eryngii SMS, to find a reasonable way of using P. eryngii waste material, this experiment using different P. eryngii SMS content, set up five formula, by piling fermentation and normal pressure sterilization, and hen cultivate A bM by fermented compost. Through investigating temperature of fermented compost, mycelial growth vigor, contamination rate , cycles of producing mushroom , biological efficiency, cost and so on. The results show that the compost added with 15% P. eryngii SMS in cultivation of A bM reduced the cost of A bM cultivation to produce economic benefits, and because of A bM harvest tide more, decomposition of medium is more thorough, waste can be directly returned to produce ecological benefits.
