摘要
为选育出适宜甘肃生产种植的枸杞新品系,基于2次筛选的结果,对5个长势优良的株系的产量及果实品质进行研究,并进行第3次株系筛选。结果显示:试验区枸杞果实成熟较晚,5个待选株系的单株产量差异明显;其中2009-17的单株产量为206.37 g,显著高于其他株系;除2009-1外,其余3个株系的单株产量适中,均为120 g左右。所有株系的产果量在果期内均呈现出由低到高再急剧降低的趋势,在7月底至8月中旬达到产量高峰。待选株系在产量、果实百粒重、果长、坏过率、枸杞多糖等方面存在显著差异。采用主成分分析法确定5个株系由优到劣依次为2009-17、2009-18、2009-2、2009-13、2009-1,前3个优良株系可作为新品系选育的材料进一步培育。
To select new strains of Lycium barbarum which sutiable for Gansu, the yield and quality of 5 strains with good growth vigor were researched based on the result of twice selection, and the third selection was also studied. The results showed that fruit ripening later in test area, there were abvious differences in the 5 strains. Single plant yield of 2009-17 reached 206.37 g, higher than the others. Except 2009-1, the rest three strains' single plant yield all reached about 120 g. There was a trend about all of the five strains' single plant yield that from low to high then decreased closed to zero, but reached a peak in the end of July to mid-August. There were significant differences in the yield, 100-seed weight, the fresh/dry ratio, longitudinal diameter, rate of bad fruit and polysaccharide content of Lycium barbarum. Finally, the quality order of the 5 strains were determined based on the principle components analysis, they were 2009-17〉2009-18〉2009-2〉2009-13〉2009-1.
