海南芒果露水斑病的初步鉴定

Preliminary studies of mango sooty blotch of Cladosporium cladosporioides in Hainan province

芒果露水斑病为海南省新发现的病害,该病主要为害果实,多在采收期显症,病斑呈不规则形的水渍状;湿度大时,病斑上产生墨绿色的霉层,严重影响果实的外观和商品价值。通过该病害病原菌柯赫氏法则验证、形态学鉴定和病原菌的rDNA-ITS的序列比对分析,确定病原菌为Cladosporium cladosporioides(枝状芽枝霉),其rDNA-ITS序列长为511 bp,GenBank登录号HM856622。芒果露水斑病在海南省属首次报道。

A new disease that mainly infected fruits in harvesting time locally called mango sooty blotch was found in Hainan province of China. The symptom appeared as a irregular dark, clouded stain on peel.There were green mold layer on the spots under the conditions of high humidity, which seriously affect the appearance of the fruit and caused great lose of commodity value. The fungus was identified to be Cladosporium cladosporioides （Fr.） de Vries according to its morphology and the sequence analysis of rDNA-ITS. And its sequence of rDNA- ITS was 511 bp in size（Accession No. HM856622）. This was the first report of mango sooty blotch caused by C. cladosprioides in Hainan Island.
