摘要
以皱花细辛的根状茎、叶为材料进行组织培养试验。结果表明,根状茎是最理想的外植体。通过不同的激素配比筛选发现,外植体在MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L的培养基中有利于诱导愈伤组织,诱导率可达80%以上;培养基MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L最有利于芽的分化;组培苗最理想的生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg/L,生根率可达90%以上。
The rhizome and leaf of Asarum crispulatum, an endangered plant, were used as explants for tissue culture. The results showed that the rhizome of A. crispulatum was better for tissue culture. The effects of different concentration of 6-BA and NAA on the callus and shoot induction were studied. It showed that MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAAO.5 mg/L was the best medium for callus induction with the induce rate more than 80% and MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was the best medium for shoots induction. The medium of 1/2MS +IBA 0.5 mg/L was fit for rooting of the plantlets with the root inducing rate more than 90%.
