Automatic layout of cooling channels in plastic mould based on genetic algorithm

摘要 采用遗传算法对塑料模中冷却水路的自动排布进行了分析,集成了冷却水路的设计经验准则,并综合考虑模具的温度等因素,将冷却水路设计经验与干涉判断结合起来,实现冷却水路的自动排布。最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。 Automatic layout of cooling channels in plastic mould was analyzed using genetic algorithm. Through integrating experience criteria of designing cooling channel, considering the factors such as the mould temperature and combining the experience criteria and inter ference judgment, the automatic layout of cooling channels was implemented. The feasibili ty of the method was finally validated by example.
