摘要
在对分析车载显示器结构、性能和工艺要求的基础上,介绍了成型塑件的注射模结构、浇口、侧向抽芯机构的设计。该模具已投入生产,成型的塑件质量良好。
The design of the structure, gate and side core-pulling mechanism of the injection mould for the plastic shell part of a vehicle display were presented based on analysis on the structure, performance and process requirement of the display.
