摘要
安全管理是建筑工程管理的一个重要部分。从建设单位角度出发,将安全管理分成3个阶段。采用绩效管理理论,分析了不同阶段安全生产的目标,制定了计划与考核内容,量化了考核标准。对考核过程中不符合标准的内容进行整改、反馈和总结,可以提高安全意识,降低安全风险。将绩效管理融入安全生产,建设单位可以加强对参建单位的选择和管理,可以让安全管理更加系统化、标准化。
Safety management is a vital part of the construction management. From the perspective of the construction owner, safety management was divided into three stages. Base on the principles of performance management, main points were analyzed on the different stages of production safety, details of plans and assessments were developed, and standards were quantified. During the appraisal process, the content which did not comply with the standard must be rectified and reformed. Feedback and summarization could improve the safety awareness and reduce security risks. Applying performance management into the safe production, construction owns can not only strengthen the selection and management of participation units, but also make safety management more systematic and standardized.
